Kids Got French Montana Mixed Up With Drake Amid Beef In Viral Video
Few Kids Mistake French Montana For Drake Amid Beef In Viral Video
Rick Ross didn’t let Drake enjoy the buzz around his newly released diss track “Push Ups” before dropping his response track “Champagne Moments”, where he took several shots at the Toronto superstar, including claims he had a nose job.
One of the most notable lines from the Ross’ diss track is a claim that Drake sent French Montana a cease and desist letter.
“You sent the police, n***a, hatin’ on my dog project,” the Maybach Music Group boss raps on “Champagne Moments.” The line suggests Drake and French Montana have a brewing beef although the latter is yet to address it.

Amid this, a few kids spotted French Montana out at a party and mistook him for Drake. “Hey Drake.. is that Drake..? Oh my God it’s Drake.. Wassup Drake,” the kids can be heard saying in the clip that has since gone viral.
In the video, French Montana didn’t clarify he wasn’t Drake, letting the kids enjoy the adrenaline rush of meeting Drake. The clips is now making rounds online, garnering reactions from netizens. “Now this is not the time kids..they at war,” someone jokingly commented.
“Lmaoooo niggas ain’t even gettin recognized for they own identity,” another person wrote. “Plot twist, these kids are paid actors hired by drake,” someone else joked. “Likability factor…. Drake will always win!” another user added.
Many fans believe Rick Ross was referring to French Montana’s song “Splash Brothers,” when saying Drake sent him a cease and desist letter. The artwork features the faces of French, Drake and Rick Ross photoshopped onto the bodies of three notable Golden State Warriors players.
The original song leaked back then, but it never officially came out. It was also speculated that Metro Boomin produced it, which is quite interesting given Metro’s current feud with Drake.
