Drake Trolls Metro Boomin By Posting ‘Drumline’ Meme
Drake Posts Metro Boomin Meme From ‘Drumline’ On IG Amid Beef
Although Metro Boomin was doing the most after his first collaborative album with Future “We Don’t Trust You” dropped, consistently dropping shady captions and quotes on his socials, Drake didn’t have much words for him in his response diss track.
Metro gassed up the beef so much that he had to reveal that he was hacked on X, formerly Twitter. Nevertheless, he stood his ground, saying he’s responsible for some of the shady tweets.
On Drake’s recently released diss track “Push Ups”, the Canadian rapper went off on all his opps, sparing no one, not even Metro. Drizzy named dropped the producer on the track, rapping: “I get more love in the city that you’re from n*gga/Metro shut yo hoe a*s up and make some drums, n*gga.”

Taking back to his Instagram Instagram Story, the “First Person Shooter” hitmaker posted the tense audition scene from the 2002 comedy-drama ‘Drumline’, with a slight difference in the clip: Metro’s face has been superimposed over Nick Cannon’s.
In the meme which has since gone viral, the three men Metro Boomin is trying to impress look distinctly unimpressed by his talent.
“Metro in a weird position because he fr can’t do nothing Maybe sample some embarrassing drake moment on Kendrick or Future’s diss,” someone commented. “Drake never losing in a petty war,” another person wrote.
“Idc what anyone says that’s all drake had to say & post to address metro,” someone else penned. “Dawgggfg what’s insane is he can’t even respond,” another user added.
While we haven’t gotten a response from Future and Kendrick Lamar’s response diss has been branded fake and AI generated, Rick Ross wasted no time in firing back at Drake with “Champagne Moments” which dropped few hours after Drake’s “Push Ups”.
