Rapper French Montana Sued For Sexual Battery

French Montana is currently in a legal battle with a supposed model who has filed a lawsuit against French Montana accusing him of sexual battery.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe is suing the rapper (real name: Karim Kharbouch), his employee Mansour Bennouna and Coke Boy Records.

The woman accuses both men of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence. She claims that French “had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.”

She adds that the men would supply women with drinks and drugs, “with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent.”

She also alleges that the “Defendants would be in control of how much alcohol was provided, always making sure there was excessive amounts, given and encouraging the women to drink,” and that he would take drugs and then encourage the women to.

The Blasts reports that “the investigation showed the presence of semen.” The woman, an aspiring model, says she had to halt her career because of the incident. She’s suing for unspecified damages.
