CashMoneyAP Asks Producers If They Would Work With Tekashi 6ix9ine

Tekashi 6ix9ine was released from prison couple of weeks ago. He was granted an early release from prison due to the coronavirus outbreak. He will be serving the rest of his sentence under house arrest and wearing an ankle monitor.

Tekashi 6ix9ine was sentenced on racketeering charges, after being caught with the Nine Trey Bloods gang. But he went on a snitching spree, providing information to the feds throughout the trial, resulting in a lightened sentence for him.

Tekashi’s lawyer Dawn Florio, confirmed that he is allowed to work on new music while on house arrest and that the Brooklyn rapper is working on two different albums, one in English and the other in Spanish.

But there have been speculations on who would work with the rapper after he’s been condemned by Hip Hop heads. Artists and producers have been trying to distance themselves from him regardless that there is a high probability he’ll do great numbers.

CashMoneyAP, a multi-platinum producer known for his work with Migos, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Young Thug, Chief Keef, and more took to Twitter to ask his fellow producers whether the inevitable bag would be worth the implicit abandonment of integrity.

“Question for producers : would u work with 6ix9ine rn knowing that he’ll do crazy numbers?” he tweeted.

Judging from the responses to the tweet, most producers wouldn’t fumble the bag because of some street rules. “Yeah. not letting some old head street ethics fuck my bag up lol,” a beatmaker replied.
