Chadwick Boseman’s Old Interview Resurfaces: “I’m Dead, There Will Be No Black Panther 2”

Chadwick Boseman and his team kept his cancer diagnosis low-key untill he gave up the ghost. So, it came as a shock to many people when it was reported that Chadwick Boseman has passed away after battling Conor cancer for 4 years.

The heroic actor is being celebrated, and mourned across social media. His co-stars and famous friends have taken to their social media pages to grief and share kind words about the late actor.

His last pictures when he was hospitalized had earlier circulated on social media. However, a resurfaced video of Chadwick during his promotion of the latest Avengers Film Endgame is currently making rounds on the internet, where the actor told an interviewer that he’s “dead.”

In the clip, which you can see below, the interviewer kept trying to get Chadwick to discuss the film, and reveal any spoilers. But Chadwick refused to answer the questions and just kept saying “I’m Dead.”

It’s quite obvious that Chadwick was saying this, because his character Black Panther had died in the previous Avengers film. And he had not yet been re-incarnated as he was in Avengers Endgame. So at the moment of the interview, the character was “dead.”

From another angle, looking at Chadwick’s eyes and gestures when he said the words “I’m dead.” It’s clear that the words triggered some deep emotion in him. One can see a clear change in his demeanor, from playfulness to sadness.
