Twitter Reacts To Doja Cat Winning New Artist AMA Over Lil Baby, DaBaby & Megan Thee Stallion

Doja Cat won best new artist at the just concluded American Music Awards and fans are outraged she won it over Lil Baby, DaBaby, Roddy Ricch and Megan Thee Stallion.

Lil Baby is obviously one of the hottest rappers out there. He’s the first artist to go double-platinum on an album in 2020.

However, it appears he’s not getting enough recognition. At the BET Hip-Hop Awards a few weeks ago, Lil Baby’s fans were outraged that he did not take home the award for Album Of The Year.

Roddy Ricch snapped the award and he is also rightfully deserving of the award according to fans.

Well, last night at the American Music Awards, Lil Baby’s took another L and fans won’t let it slide. The rapper performed “Emotionally Scarred” at the show but he was once again snubbed.

Doja Cat clinched the award for New Artist of the Year. It’s noteworthy that she’s also burst to stardom and had a #1 song this year. But, some fans are convinced that Lil Baby should have gotten it.
