Shia LaBeouf Denies All Allegation From FKA Twigs
Shia LaBeouf Reportedly Denies “Each & Every” Allegation From FKA Twigs
Last month, FKA Twigs made headlines after filing a lawsuit in Los Angeles accusing her actor boyfriend Shia Labeouf of sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress.
Singer FKA Twigs later added that her ex-boyfriend Shia LeBeouf was so controlling that he even prevented her from making eye contact with other men and gave her STD.
“I’m not in any position to tell anyone how my behavior made them feel,” he initially wrote in an email to The New York Times. “I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations.”
He continued, “I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say.”
However, in new documents reportedly obtained by E! News and insider, LaBeouf’s attorneys state FKA Twigs “has not suffered any injury or damage as a result of [his] actions.” The outlet additionally claims that the actor doesn’t believe that Twigs should receive any damages.
“None of the acts alleged were based on sex and/or the conduct was not sexual” and reportedly gave 16 defenses for his actions, including self-defense,” LaBeouf’s team wrote.
