Filmmaker Charlie Minn Says ‘Travis Scott Is A Criminal’ & ‘Belongs Behind Bars’

Director for Astroworld Documentary “Concert Crush” Charlie Minn says Travis Scott should be in jail. According to Page Six, the filmmaker of Scott’s new documentary “Concert Crush,” wants the rapper to be behind bars for the incident.

“Travis Scott to me is a punk,” filmmaker Charlie Minn tells the outlet. “In my opinion, he is a criminal. Ten people died. How do we get around that?”

As we previously reported, there are four hundred lawsuits against Scott, Live Nation and others who were involved in Astroworld.
They have been accused of negligence. Prior to the suits being combined, both Scott and Live Nation had denied allegations.

Astroworld led to 10 deaths — with victims ranging in age from 9 to 27 —  and numerous injuries when the crowd surged.

“I don’t want to see another person get hurt at a concert again,” Minn says. “Last time I checked you are supposed to go for fun and not to fight for your life.”

A source close to Scott told Page Six, “This movie is not a serious investigative piece.”

The doc is playing in select theaters in Texas staring Friday for just one week. It is also available to stream online. It includes interviews from eight witnesses.
