Gunna Trial Date Is Set For January 9th, 2023 After Being Denied Bond The Second Time
Couple of weeks back, Gunna surrendered to police and was booked on racketeering charge in the RICO Case against him, Young Thug and other YSL members.
Gunna, whose legal name is Sergio Kitchens, is one of the 28 alleged gang members named in the Fulton County district attorney’s indictment.
After being initially denied bond, Gunna’s attorney said he would ask the Superior Court judge to authorize the Magistrate Court to hear the bond matter. Unfortunately, Gunna has been denied bond again and his trial date is set for January 9th, 2023.
