Mother Of Pregnant Victim Killed In LA Car Crash Sues Nurse Responsible For Negligence
There has been an update regarding the traveling nurse who was charged with 6 counts of murder for causing a fiery crash in LA traffic while driving at 130 mph. Well, now a mother of one of the pregnant victims is suing the nurse for negligence and wrongful death.
If you remember, surveillance footage captured Nicole Linton running a red light in her grey Mercedes Benz as it violently crashed into multiple cars.
Upon the crash, a 23-year-old pregnant woman by the name of Asherey Ryan, her son and boyfriend lost their lives. If you also recall, Linton pleaded not guilty in court

In documents obtained by Radar Online, Ryan’s mother, Sharita Randleston, is seeking against defendants AMN Healthcare Services Inc., its subsidiary companies, and Kaiser as well.
Randleston also argued that she believes Linton was “unfit and dangerous” due to prior motor vehicle accidents, acts of self-harm, multiple arrests for violent behavior, and multiple involuntary commitments to psychiatric hospitals
Randleston believes that since Linton was employed by AMN as a traveling nurse and was in LA working at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc’s West Los Angeles Kaiser Medical Center at the time of the collision, then they are associated with the result of the tragedy.
Linton argued in court that she was going through some “mental crisis” during the time.
