Mitchel Musso Arrested For Public Drunkenness & Stealing A Bag Of Chips

Mitchel Musso known for playing Oliver Oken on “Hannah Montana” was arrested Saturday down in Texas and hit with multiple charges, including public intoxication.

According to TMZ, police responded to a call at a local hotel where people were claiming the actor was acting a little off, and allegedly stole a bag of chips from the hotel food market.

When staff members asked him to pay for the chips, he apparently went off on them and stormed off.

Police showed up to the scene and found Mitchel outside and determined he was under the influence.

The police also found out that he had a number of outstanding traffic warrants and immediately cuffed him and took him down to the slammer

He was charged with “public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired registration, failure to display a driver’s license and violating a promise to appear notice.”

He’s since been released on a $1,000 bond.
