Nipsey Hussle’s Ex Tanisha Foster Awarded More Visitation With Their Daughter Emani

A visitation schedule has been enforced by a judge as Tanisha Foster, ex of Nipsey Hussle, fights for custody of their teenage daughter Emani.

According to court documents obtained by @radaronline , a recent hearing between Foster and Nipsey’s family was held as they fight for guardianship of the child.

Nipsey’s family has held guardianship of the 14-year-old since his untimely death in 2019. Foster was content with the decision at the time due to her “financial limitations” not serving in the best interest of Emani.

However, Foster accused the child’s paternal family of using their “financial position and influence to disregard their priorities by controlling the desires of Emani and Tanisha by withholding financial assistance and reducing visitation.”

“They have blocked me on their cell phones,” Foster stated in a petition. “I have to go through a third party or Emani to communicate with the guardians. Emani routinely asks me when she and I are going to be able to live together. She longs to be with me as her mother.”

Nipsey’s family claim Foster’s history of drinking and violence deem her as unfit to maintain guardianship of the child. There was also a 2020 video of Emani complaining that her mother left her out of the house for hours in the heat, according to Sandra Rose.

The judge at a recent hearing stated a decision about guardianship would be made in October. However, Foster will be awarded extra visitation of being able to pick Emani up from school two days out of the week and spending a little over 2 hours with her.
