Mother Of Flo-Rida’s 6-Year-Old Son Who Fell 50 Feet From New Jersey Apartment Window Seeks $40M Settlement
We previously reported about the tragic near fatal fall of Flo Rida’s son from a New Jersey apartment building.
The child’s mother, Alexis Adams, says the construction company installed incorrectly sized guards on the building’s windows. Which resulted in her son’s 50ft fall.
According to TMZ, Adams is willing to settle the lawsuit for $40M. Her 6-year-old son suffered multiple injuries after landing on the concrete, and is currently learning to walk again.

The 6-year-old had to be placed in a full body cast. We could only imagine the type of pain he felt. If she can prove the guards were incorrectly sized, she most definitely could receive a significant payout.
We previously reported that Alexis claimed Flo Rida refused to meet their son due to him having a rare brain disease. Its unknown if he’s been involved in the child’s healing process.
Earlier this year, Flo Rida was awarded $82 million in his lawsuit against Celsius energy drinks after a jury found Celsius guilty of breaching an endorsement deal.
The endorsement deal with the rapper ran from 2014 to 2018. Celsius did not pay him the money they owed him at the time and the energy drink was also found guilty of fraudulently hiding information from him.
