50 Cent Denies Using Ozempic After 40-Pound Weight Loss
50 Cent Denies Ozempic Use After 40-Pound Weight Loss
50 Cent has shot down speculation that Ozempic is responsible for his 40lb weight drop.
“You wanna talk about weight loss?” 50 says in the clip. “I was in the gym, I was working the f-ck out, man. And they say it’s Ozempic? I was running, I was running, I was doing what I had to do. You seen me on tour,” he wrote on Instagram.
Ozempic is a weekly injection that helps lower blood sugar by helping the pancreas make more insulin. It is not approved for weight loss, but some doctors prescribe it to be used for weight loss.

50 posted the clip on his social media page but some fans claimed they were confused as he quickly changed the topic to speak on the YFN Lucci trial.
“Listen closely. He’s saying ppl want to talk about his weight loss, so he touched on it and then switched the topic to Lucci’s case and the fact he referred his attorney. Or maybe I just understand fiftology Lmao 😂 WTH,” one viewer wrote.
“Combined 2 convos in one sentence & everybody act like they lost & immediately accuse him of being drunk or high, ummmmm instead of saying oh I did know about the Lucci situation so that’s why I was lost instead of assuming he must be high or drunk,” someone else added.
The person continued, “50 cent always spoke this way since he was shot in his mouth but I swear I love his sense of humor. Ooooou ….tell me how you feel later. 🤣😭”.
