Snoop Dogg Substitutes John Legend For Sexiest Man Alive Tag

Earlier this week, John Legend was named PEOPLE’s sexiest man alive. The R&B singer expressed his delight in the honor and also poked fun at himself.

Legend posted a side-by-side photo on Instagram showing a younger version of himself next to a model picture of Elba.

“1995 John would be very perplexed to be following 2018 @IdrisElba as #SexiestManAlive,” he wrote in the caption. “Hell, 2019 John is about as equally perplexed but thank you @People for finding me sexy. I’ll take it.”

Chrissy Teigen, also shared her sarcastic enthusiasm on twitter. “My secret is out, I have fulfilled my dream of having boned @people’s sexiest man alive!! an honor,” she wrote.

Well, for those that are not satisfied with PEOPLE’s choice, Snoop Dogg has made a substitute. He literally replaces John Legend as the sexiest man alive in one of his posts on instagram.

Snoop shared a photo with a blunt in his mouth and a dapper suit on his body, the Doggfather joked that he should actually have been honored with the prize. The new cover features an explanation of why Snoop is sexier than Legend and it all has to do with gang allegiance.

“How a crip took your chick,” reads the byline.
