Tay K 47 Indicted For Capital Murder Over Second Murder
Back in July, Tay K 47 was sentenced to 55 years in prison Tarrant County Jury for a 2016 murder that left Ethan Walker dead during a home invasion when he was just 16 years old.
The rapper was slapped with a 30-year sentence for one count of aggravated robbery and two 13-year sentences for the other two aggravated robbery charges.
During the time, he cut off his ankle monitor and fled to San Antonio. While he was on the run, he released a song titled “The Race” and posed in front of his Wanted poster.
Well, Tay K allegedly murdered another man Saldivar and according to reports, the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office wrote in a press release Friday that McIntyre is being indicted for capital murder in the Saldivar case.
The victim, a 23-year-old Saldivar is a photographer and was allegedly robbed by Tay K and his two accomplices of his expensive camera equipment and tossed out of their car.
And when Saldivar jumped onto the hood of the car to try to stop them from getting away with his belongings, the car pulled into a Chick-fil-A parking lot on the North Side, where Tay-K allegedly shot Saldivar to death.
The victim’s mother, Lucia “Lucy” Saldivar has filed the wrongful murder lawsuit and is seeking $1 million in damages for the loss of her son.
