NBA baller Dwayne Wade has been supportive of his 12 year old son’s sexuality. Zion has been dressing feminine since he was 11 and people have been blasting his parents over it.

it all started when Gabrielle Union went to the Miami Gay Pride march with Zion. She and Dwyane posted pics appearing at the occasion online.

Dwyane captioned the photo saying, “We support each other with pride”.

And couple of days ago, Gabrielle posted a family photo of herself, Zion, Dwyane and daughter Kaavia on Instagram.

But unfortunately, there were lots of negative comments targeted towards young Zion and his painted nails.

“Grateful ❤❤❤ Happy Thanksgiving good people. To all the friends and family that have my back and all the friends and family I’ve never met who show love and support when everyone is looking and when no one is looking…All praise, gratitude and thankfulness,” she captioned the family photo.

A particular fan posted a lengthy comment spotting the wrongs in the parenting ways of the Wades.

Dwayne also took to twitter to respond to the homophobic slurs towards his son’s painted nails.

“I’ve seen some post-thanksgiving hate on social about my family photo. Stupidity is apart of this world we live in—so I get it. But here’s the thing—I’ve been chosen to lead my family not y’all. So we will continue to be us and support each other with pride, love & a smile!” he wrote on Twitter.
