Juice WRLD’s Record Label, Drake, Meek Mill & Fat Joe React To His Death
Interscope Geffen A&M Records Releases Statement Concerning Rapper’s Death
The sad incident happened on Sunday morning leaving many people shock. Rapper Juice WRLD was pronounced dead at 21 after suffering seizure at Chicago’s midway airport.
Juice WRLD real name Jarad A Higgins reportedly had a seizure and started bleeding from the mouth.
The ‘Lucid Dreams’ rapper who turned 21 last week was rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, he lost consciousness and died shortly after arriving for treatment.
Fans, friends, family and the hip hop community have since been morning the loss. WRLD’s record label, Interscope Geffen A&M Records, has also released a statement to XXL on the rapper’s death.
“Juice made a profound impact on the world in such a short period of time,” reads the statement. “m;He was a gentle soul, whose creativity knew no bounds, an exceptional human being and artist who loved and cared for his fans above everything else.”
“To lose someone so kind and so close to our hearts is devastating. Our thoughts are with Juice’s family and friends, everyone at his label Grade A, and his millions of fans around the world.”
Drake also took to instagram to mourn the death of the youngster. He shared a photo of WRLD and captioned it : “I would like to see all the younger talent live longer and I hate waking up hearing another story filled with blessings was cut short.”
Philadelphia rapper, Meek Mill posted a picture of himself and late rapper Juice WRLD and simply wrote “this unbelievable” with a crying emoji.
‘Family Ties’ rapper, Fat Joe also shared a photo of himself and WRLD with the caption, “Mann So Sad. I Pray you meet the Lord Above!! RIP Young King.
