The Game Says XXXTentacion Could’ve Been “Travis Scott Level” By Now
The Game Talks XXXtentacion In Comparison To Travis Scott
The Game released his last studio album ‘Born To Rap’ couple of weeks back. The highly respected rapper stopped by at ‘Big Boy’ TV to share some details on his album and the industry at large.
The Game addressed Wack 100 controversial comments on Nipsey Hussle’s legend status during the interview.
“You’re not gonna put me in the middle [of this] or twist that. What Wack [100] says, or what he wants to say, is really his own opinion,” Game explained.
He continued, “Stop coming to Game or Big Boy and daying like ‘what are you gonna do?’ No, what are YOU gonna do? We, obviously are two different people with two different opinions.”
Game also talked about late XXXtentacion and according to him, Jahseh Onfroy could have been on Travis Scott level by now.
“It was important for me to show [XXXTentacion] love because he gave his life — he didn’t die when he wasn’t a hip-hop artist, he died after he was a hip-hop artist and the lure of being a hip-hop artist made his murderers go after the name,” Game said.
“They weren’t after Jahseh, they were after XXX,” said Game. “That dude was so talented. I feel like, by now, he would have been, like, Travis Scott level.”
