Idris Elba Replies Cardi B’s Coronavirus Comments

Idris Elba was one of the first celebrities to test positive for coronavirus and he didn’t hesitate to tell fans to stop spreading the false narrative that Black people cannot get the virus.

Few days ago, Idris Elba’s wife also tested positive for the virus. Sabrina Dhowre revealed in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that she has also tested positive for coronavirus a week after Idris.

Same day that Sabrina tested positive for COVID-19, female rap star Cardi B took to instagram live to share a conspiracy theory. Cardi B ranted about Celebrities saying they have Coronavirus without showing any symptoms and according to her, they might be getting paid for it.

“We keep seeing these basketball players say like, ‘Yeah, I have the coronavirus but I don’t got no symptoms. So how the f*ck am I supposed to know when Im supposed to get tested for it?!” she asked.

“I’m starting to feel like y’all n*ggas is payin’ n*ggas to say that they got it, and if y’all are paying n*ggas to say that they got it, pay me too! Pay me too! Okay? Sh*t, ’cause I’m trying to get paid.”

Well, the star actor has responded to Cardi B and he did so by firing straight shots at the rapper. Idris told his fans, “The notion that someone like me is getting paid to say I have the coronavirus is bullish*t, just stupidness.  . . And people who say it are stupid.”
