Eva Marcille Debunks Rumors That Nene Leakes Got Her On RHOA

There have been rumors swirling around for a long time that it was Nene Leakes who got Eva Marcille on Real Housewives of Atlanta reality show. And now, Eva Marcille has denied such reports.

RHOA’s Eva Marcille is shutting down reports that Nene Leakes was the reason she was cast on the Bravo show as believed by viewers.

When Eva first joined the cast of Real Housewives of Atlant, she and Nene were close friends, but things quickly went left between the pair. Recently Nene said that she thinks Eva is too dull for the show, and wants her to be replaced by frenemy, Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

During a live chat with fellow Atlanta Housewife, Kandi Burruss, Eva made it very clear that Nene did not put her on.

“I was not hired nor brought on to this show by Linnethia Leakes. I was called by executives of Real Housewives of Atlanta years after being called by executives of housewives of a [different] franchise, so be very clear,” she said.

And just like Kenya Moore, Eva says she cannot wait for the reunion show, so that she can set the record straight on things.
