Floyd Mayweather’s Daughter Yaya Now Facing Life In Prison As Stabbing Case Moves Forward
Floyd Mayweather’s daughter Yaya made controversial headlines when she got arrested for allegedly stabbing NBA Youngboy’s baby mama Lapattra Lashai Jacobs about a month ago.
Yaya Mayweather claimed that Lapattra had incited the violence by pulling her hair outside the house before she ran into the kitchen where the confrontation occurred.
Lapattra told police officers that she didn’t feel the first stab wound, but Iyanna proceeded to take the second knife and stab her again. Lapattra was laying on the floor when the ambulance arrived.
It was later reported that Lapattra was rushed into surgery after the altercation with Yaya Mayweather. A spokesperson for the police said that the victim suffered “serval lacerations to both arms” that required emergency surgery.

According to new report, Yaya will have her day in court because the state of Texas is moving forward with the case. Bossip reported that the state of Texas has ordered Lapattra Jacobs’ medical records to be included in the upcoming court case against Yaya Mayweather. Those include medical charts, x-rays, lab results, photographs, and more from the Houston hospital where Jacobs sought treatment.
Yaya is currently facing 99 years in prison after being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She has been working with J. Prince’s lawyer, Kurt Schaffer, to defend her in the court case.
