Tekashi 6ix9ine Isn’t Signing to Roc Nation

Tekashi 6ix9ine made an epic comeback following his prison release. He dropped his first single “GOOBA” since two years and it broke Eminem’s YouTube record for most views on Hip Hop music video in the first 24 hours.

The rainbow haired rapper also set a new instagram livestream record after having over 2 million people viewing his live concurrently

While it appears that the Hip Hop community has turned their back on 6ix9ine for snitching during his court trial, there are rumors swirling around that that he’s been signed to Jay Z’s Roc Nation.

The possible Jay Z affiliation rumor started last year after it was revealed that a lawyer who’s previously worked for Roc Nation was hired to join Tekashi’s legal team during his federal case.

The alleged ties between Jay Z and Tekashi was fueled after Roc Nation’s logo is shown in his new video. A screenshot from the video, which inadvertently shows a man wearing a Roc Nation hat is currently making rounds on the internet.

Well,  just in time, a source from Roc Nation spoke to VladTV to debunk the rumors regarding 6ix9ine joining Jay-Z’s label.

“A trusted source at Roc Nation spoke exclusively to VladTV, denying reports that Tekashi 6ix9ine is working on a deal at Roc Nation,” the media outlet shared.
