New reports from TMZ has it that Kelly and his lawyer are claiming that the singer is “likely diabetic” and could be at risk of death should he become infected with COVID-19.

In the documents obtained by the media outlet, Kelly’s lawyer also claims the singer has high cholesterol and high blood pressure … further putting him in a vulnerable position if he contracts the deadly coronavirus while penned up at MCC Chicago.

The judge has yet to make a decision although they fear Kelly could intimidate witnesses should he be allowed to leave early. The singer is also assuring that he will be on his best behavior although it remains to be seen if his efforts will get him anywhere.
