Tekashi 6ix9ine has managed to stay in the news since his prison release. He’s somehow stayed relevant by dropping tracks and dissing other rappers. However, it appears we’ll be getting a Spanish song from 6ix9ine this week.
Tekashi 6ix9ine earned his first ever number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Trollz” featuring Nicki Minaj.
His first track post prison release didn’t reach #1 but it broke YouTube record for the most viewed Hip Hop music video in the first 24 hours. Following Nicki’s collaboration, 6ix9ine has been working on his next collaboration.
The rainbow haired rapper had earlier teased a collaboration with legendary R&B singer Akon. He shared a video of himself and Akon working in the studio, previewing a remix to Akon’s smash hit “Locked Up.”
Last week, 6ix9ine revealed his interest in jumping on one of 50 Cent’s classics. The Brooklyn rapper is looking forward to remaking 50’s evergreen track, the emotional and contemplative “Many Men.”
Just in time, 6ix9ine is already teasing the masses with his next single. And this time around, he’ll be flowing in his native tongue, making his first Spanish single since his release from prison.
He debuted the new sound on social media, getting a lap dance from a bikini-clad model and previewing his bars in what looks like a full Spanish song. “200,000 comments IF YOU WANT THIS RIGHT NOW 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 THIS FRIDAY YAYA 💿💿💿🌈🌈🌈 WE BREAKING THE INTERNET,” he wrote in the caption.
