Tory Lanez Reacts To Tekashi 6ix9ine & Akon “Locked Up Remix”

Akon and Tekashi 6ix9ine took everyone by surprise with the announcement of a collaboration from the two stars. 6ix9ine previewed “Locked Up” part two, a remix to Akon’s 2006 smash hit.

Video of the two in the studio quickly went viral on social media and garnered lots of reactions from folks online.

Some were disappointed that Akon would come out of retirement to have a collaboration with “outed” snitch Tekashi 6ix9ine, while others are already anticipating the joint that seems like another classic hit.

Tory Lanez caught up with the news and took to Twitter in utter disappointment. As he explained, he couldn’t believe Akon had given the “Locked Up” remix to another artist.

So what y’all telling me is …. Akon gave the #LockedUpRemix / SAMPLE to someone else !?!?? And not me?!???? …. I’m going back to bed man,” Tory tweeted.

However, Akon quickly responded, noting that he would allow him to be on “Locked Up Part 3.”  “Hahaha!!! LMAO. I need you to get out of bed for part 3,” the legendary singer replied.
