Marquise Jackson Says Pop Smoke Is Better Than 50 Cent
50 Cent’s Son Marquise Says Pop Smoke A Is Better Rapper Than His Dad
50 Cent and his estranged son Marquise Jackson doesn’t have the best of relationship. The two have been exchanging shots on social media for a while now and it doesn’t seem they’ll be reconciling anytime soon.
Marquise was recently asked who he thinks is a better rapper between his father 50 Cent and late rapper Pop Smoke. Unsurprisingly, Marquise says Pop Smoke is better.
“Nah, I told n*ggas I was replacing 50 in my top five for Pop Smoke. Let me tell you why,” he says in the clip. “Pop is in my top five…The only reason I am saying Pop is because he has both. He can do what 50 do, he sounds like him and he has melody.”
Fif did something similar back in April, saying he would choose Tekashi 6ix9ine over Marquise Jackson. “When fans asked whether he’s heard from Tekashi since his release, he replied saying, “No I haven’t heard from 6ix9ine, he’s his mother’s child now he told on everybody.”
Fiddy continued, “He’s better than Marquise though. I’ll take him before I take my actual child.”
In another interview on his fall out with his son, Fif said “It is sad, it’s a sad situation. When you pray for success, you don’t necessarily pray for the things that come with it,” he added.
“It’s no such thing as success without jealousy, without envy or entitlement… His mom developed an entitlement that cannot be met, filtering that energy through his actual personal interests.”
