Twitter Thinks Kanye West Is Splitting The Vote To Get Trump Re-Elected

Kanye West made a surprise announcement that he’ll be joining the 2020 presidential race. But folks online are not trusting his intentions and they’re alleging that Kanye West wants to split the Black people’s vote in order to get Donald Trump re-elected.

“We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION,” Kanye wrote on twitter.

However, the Yeezy Gap entrepreneur was immediately endorsed by his wife Kim Kardashian and Elon Musk. “You have my full support!” Elon replied to his tweet, while Kim just retweeted it and added an American flag emoji.

Initially, Kanye had stated that he intended to run in 2024. And because the odds of Trump being elected were low before Ye’s announcement, Twitter thinks that the business mogul is actually trying to help Trump by splitting the Black vote.

In 2016, Trump was elected after many Democrats decided not to vote for Hillary Clinton, and not to vote at all. Ye may take away crucial Black votes from Biden this time, unless Ye is running as a Republican.

According to Business Insider, he’s already missed the deadline to register as an Independant candidate in six states so far. See some reactions on twitter below :

Kanye West is going to help Trump win the 2020 election because he doesn’t care about Black Americans or any Americans for that matter. He is going to take votes from Biden just because Trump’s tax cuts on the wealthy help him become even wealthier. Kanye is the new Jill Stein.
