Dr. Dre Rejects Nicole Young’s Accusations He Destroyed Prenuptial Agreement

News broke couple of months back that Dr. Dre and his wife Nicole Young are separating. Nicole reportedly filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences after almost twenty five years together.

The couple are now wort out a settlement to split Dre’s wealth and she’s not getting divorced without a fight, because she’s challenging their prenup and $1 billion is on the line.

Earlier this week, reports circulated on Dre and Nicole prenuptial agreement, with Nicole reportedly claiming that after two years of signing the paperwork, the veteran Hip Hop producer destroyed the document.

In a court document obtained by TMZ, Nicole said, “Andre acknowledged to me that he felt ashamed he had pressured me into signing a premarital agreement and he tore up multiple copies of the agreement in front of me.”

She alleged Dre made the move because he felt guilty for pressuring her into signing a prenup. “Since the day he tore up the agreements, we both understood that there was no premarital agreement, and that it was null and void.”

TMZ gave an update on the situation that Dr. Dre didn’t feel ashamed of asking his wife to sign an agreement and he never tore it up or said it was invalid. In addition, Dre reportedly didn’t force her to do anything that she didn’t want to and she even had her lawyer look over the paperwork.

The media outlet added that Dre is willing to pay her expenses and spousal support, but Nicole claims that because he amassed much of their fortune during the marriage, she deserves more.
