Brittny was known for being one of Kim’s closest friends and making occasional appearances as Kim Kardashians’ best friend on the hit E! show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

Kim had a very close friendship with Brittny up until her marriage to ex-husband Kris Humphries.
