6ix9ine “Tattle Tales” Album First Week Sales Projections Beats Big Sean’s
Tekashi 6ix9ine ‘Tattle Tales’ Album Sets To Debut At #1 With 150K First Week Sales Ahead Of Big Sean’s ‘Detroit 2’
Tekashi 6ix9ine made an epic return to the music scene regardless of his snitching history. He broke couple of records and had his first ever number one song on the Billboard “Trolls” featuring Nicki Minaj.
The controversial rapper dropped his album ‘Tattle Tales’ over the weekend, following weeks of antagonizing his fellow rappers including Lil Durk and Lil Reese.
Durk attempted to steal 69’s release date but, ended up releasing a single instead of an album. While it appears Hip Hop heads have turned their backs on Tekashi, he’s still pretty much getting impressive streaming numbers.
The 13 tracks album features has vocals from Nicki Minaj, Akon, Leftside, Smilez, and unsurprisingly, his loyal friend Akademiks as Lil AK.
According to DJ Akademiks, the rainbow haired rapper is on pace to sell 150K units the first week. This will put him on pace to go number one, with Big Sean coming in at second with 125K units.
While Big Sean’s ‘Detroit 2’ album has been getting massive praises from fans over the tightly packed project, it’s not getting enough numbers to earn him a #1 spot. Irregardless, it’s mere projections and numbers can change.
