Young Dolph Gifts His $400k Lamborghini Aventador to Contest Winner
On the 1st of August, Young Dolph promised to gift his Lamborghini to a superfan. The rapper launched a contest where one lucky fan would get to take home a 2018 Aventador S Roadster worth at approximately $412,000.
Thousands of fans joined the “Rich Slave Lamborghini Contest” by pre-ordering Dolph’s latest album Rich Slave or purchasing merch bundles from his online store.
After a month and there was no sign of an announcement regarding a winner, folks online started speculating that it’s a “scam.” Eventually, This week, Dolph gave away his 2018 Lamborghini Aventador to Jack Davila (@nailsbyjackk), a 23-year-old superfan in Dallas, Texas.
Acccording to HipHopNMore, the rapper and his team traveled in person to Texas to surprise Jack with her new car, valued at over $400k. Jack makes a living as a nail tech, but the COVID-19 pandemic impacted her in a big way. After taking some time to enjoy her new Lambo, the 4-months-pregnant Jack received blessings from Dolph to sell the car, which will enable her to buy a new home for her growing family.
“Today was an experience like no other, I felt surprised, nervous, shook, in plain disbelief all at the same time. It never crossed my mind that I would actually be the winner and that YOUNG DOLPH himself would literally give me his car, his half a million dollar car at that,” Jack said in a statement.
“Every time my husband and I would go to his concerts I always told him ‘I wish I could meet him for once so he can know that I even exist and maybe smoke a blunt with him’ and to finally get to meet him like this is simply amazing.”
She continued, “Young Dolph and his team were humble and treated me so kind, they congratulated me and thanked me for being a big fan, I was so speechless I couldn’t and still don’t believe it.”
“He is definitely a role model, someone I have looked up to for years, and a huge motivation. This is a tremendous blessing for my family and I, I thank God for everything and hope one day I can be in the same position as Dolph to give to others.”
