Meek Mill Reacts To Kobe Bryant Lyric Backlash
Meek Mill went viral this weekend after his parking lot altercation with rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine. And amid the controversy, the Philadelphia caught heat of the internet when a video of his new song preview with Lil Baby surfaced.
“And if I ever lack I’m going out with my choppa it be another Kobe / Sh*t I can tell they ain’t never know me,” rapped Meek.

Fans went as far as invoking cancel culture, urging fans to reconsider supporting him.
Although the line is possibly pretty harmful, Meek Mandela as folks online would call him, doesn’t appear to be too shook about the public’s reaction to it.
He took to Twitter to react, tweeting, “somebody promo a narrative and y’all follow it…. y’all internet antics cannot stop me ….sh*t like zombie land or something! Lol.”
He continued, adding, “They paying to influence y’all now … its almost like mind control ‘wake up’.”
