Kirk Franklin Apologizes For Cursing Out Son Kerrion In Leaked Audio

Famed Gospel singer Kirk Franklin, is currently making controversial headlines over his tumultuous relationship with his estranged son Kerrion Franklin.

Earlier on, Kerrion Franklin released an audio on social media which revealed cursing words from the famed Gospel singer to his son.

“This is why I’m done. No father should speak to their children like this. If I have any issues it’s because of this type of treatment that I deal with behind closed doors,” the 32-year-old shared in the Instagram upload on Saturday.

In the audio currently making rounds online, the argument got pretty heated in the 45-second clip. The voice identified by Kerrion as Kirk Franklin exclaimed “I’ll put my foot in your a**,” after a muffled argument.

Kerrion interjects, “I dare you,” as the exchange continued. “I will break your neck ni***, don’t you ever disrespect me,” Franklin allegedly shouts toward the end of the clip.

“I didn’t,” Kerrion responded and the call abruptly ended.

Kirk has since been getting criticized for using curse words on his son and he’s now forced to apologise. The singer shared a video online apologizing for blowing up out of proportion.

He ended the clip urging people to put his family in their prayers.
