Falynn & Simon Guobadia Settle Divorce: Gets $50K Only & Must Leave Home

Falynn and Simon Guobadia are close to wrapping up their divorce  and have reached a settlement, according to MediaTakeOut.

As part of the estranged couple’s agreement, Simon gave Falynn a portion of the proceeds from a property they shared, which totaled $153,725.34. He also paid her $50,000 in an equitable division payment.

The couple has a prenup. Simon has also placed the couple’s seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom Atlanta home on the market for $4.99 million. Falynn must leave the home by May 28.

Simon and Falynn publicly announced their split in April. “After two years of marriage and 5 years of friendship, Simon and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways,” she wrote.

“We are deeply thankful for the impact we have made in each other’s lives, as well as the bonds formed with each other’s children. This mutual decision was not made lightly.”

She continued, “And despite our current willingness to be transparent, we only ask our friends and supporters to be respectful of our privacy as our family gets through this very difficult period.”

Weeks later, he was engaged to Porsha Williams.
