Swizz Beatz Takes It Back To The Street With An Epic Trailer For DMX’s ‘Exodus’ Album
About a week ago, the official tracklist of DMX’s posthumous album was revealed. The 13 tracks album features top notches including Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Bono, Westside Gunn, Benny The Butcher, Conway, Usher, The LOX, and Moneybagg Yo.
According to reports, Pop Smoke collaboration was ultimately cut for reasons unknown.
Jay Z and Nas are on a track together once again following their impressive joint effort on “Sorry Not Sorry” from DJ Khaled’s Khaled Khaled.

Well, Swizz Beatz has returned to share an epic trailer for the project. “Let’s get it started !!!!” captions Swizzy in a message destined to spark nostalgia. “4 days till EXODUS @dmx 5/28!!!!!!!!!!! Let’s take it back to the motherf****** Streets !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RR 4 Life!!!!!”
The trailer gives vibes of the days when the Ruff Ryders movement was a mainstay in the game. Flashes of apex predators and X’s live concert performances meet sudden spontaneous acts of violence and triumphant feats of athleticism, all while a tense siren keeps a steady rhythmic wail throughout.
“My fam, you know, Double R,” X can be heard saying at one point — and sure enough, his former labelmates Jadakiss, Styles P, Sheek Louch, Infrared, and Cross will be holding it down on Exodus, reunions that likely excited many fans of the once-mighty dynasty.
