Tory Lanez Has Lost His Grandmother

Prayers are up for Tory Lanez who just lost his grandmother. The Canadian rapper recently took to Twitter to reveal that he’s his grandma.

“Well… my grandmother just died yesterday … WTF man,” he tweeted.

Last month, the rapper was involved in a car accident and he smelled foul play. Tory took to Instagram to share footage of the aftermath at the time, showing a pair of wrecked vehicles. One of them happened to be an Uber he was riding in, which suffered extreme damage.

He can be heard saying “n***as almost just died, we got in a car accident in a fucking Uber. Oh my gosh, bro.”

Though he doesn’t say much, it’s clear from his cadence that the incident left him shaken. Fortunately, the rapper appeared to be unharmed. While details surrounding the crash are as-of-yet unclear, Tory later took to Twitter to reflect on the circumstances.

He suggested that a more nefarious conspiracy was perhaps afoot. “Strange,” he notes. “It almost felt like someone knew to crash into us.”

However, we pray God give him the fortitude to bear the loss of his grandmother.
