Erica Mena Reportedly Admits To Trashing Safaree’s Stuff, Claims He Cheated While She Was Pregnant

As we previously reported, Safaree recently filed docs asking a judge to hold his estranged wife Erica Mena in contempt for violating their domestic relations standing order which prohibits them from harassing each other or destroying each other’s property during the divorce. He claimed that she trashed a bunch of of his gear, including his expensive shoe collection.

Now, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, Erica Mena is admitting to destroying her ex-hubby’s property and now she’s trying to make things right.

In the docs, Mena says she did it toward the end of her pregnancy, but she blames her anger on “numerous acts of infidelity.” So far, she has already sent Safaree $4,000 to cover at least some of the damage. But if you can recall, Safaree claims Erica did $30,000 worth of damage by pouring bleach on his high-end sneakers and cutting the laces…

As of right now, it is unclear if Safaree accepted or denied the $4K Mena allegedly gave him to replace his items.

Erica and Safaree welcomed their second bundle of joy back in June just shortly after she filed for divorce. Before that, Safaree was worried that Mena wouldn’t allow him to be there for the birth of his son, but they were able to work things out.
