Background Singer Claims She Witnessed R. Kelly Have S*x With Aaliyah When She Was 15

A woman who claimed that she was hired to sing background vocals for R. Kelly, claims she witnessed the singer have s* x with Aaliyah when she was just 15 years old.

“Jane Doe Number Seven is prepared to testify that in light of her relationship with the defendant,” legal documents obtained by AllHipHop.com reads.

“Which included the fact that they had sexual contact with each other when she was a minor, she was in a position to view the defendant engaged in sexual activity with Jane Doe Number One [Aaliyah].”

The disgraced singer denies accusations that he led a criminal enterprise that sexually exploited women, girls and even boys.

During the trial, his lawyers have portrayed his accusers as groupies who are lying about their relationships with him.

A similar strategy used during his first trial years ago when he was acquitted. He will be facing trial in Chicago later this month.

Recently, a male accuser testified at his trial, detailing the moments the singer reportedly groomed him when he was 17.
