Tory Lanez Clears Up Plea Deal Misinformation In Megan Thee Stallion Shooting Case
“I wasn’t ‘UNABLE’ to do anything” – Tory Lanez Clarifies
Tory Lanez took to Twitter to clear up reports that he was “unable” to reach a plea deal in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting.
He says he wants to go to trial and clear his name, so he passed up on an offer to take a plea.
“The wording of this is amazingly inaccurate . I wasn’t ‘UNABLE’ to do anything. They offered what they offered so I wouldn’t goto TRIAL and I DECLINED , It’s very simple … and no I will not be giving any live testimony please report real news and accurate facts . ciao.,” he wrote.

“Truly been staying out the way and becoming more of a positive person to myself and others …. allow me to continue. That’s all I ask.” Check it out below.
Last August, Megan Thee Stallion claimed that Lanez shot her in the foot following a July 12 pool party at Kylie Jenner’s house. “Yes, this n*gga Tory shot me,” Megan said in the video.
Lanez also recently visited Funk Flex at Hot 97, where he addressed his alleged shooting of ex-girlfriend Megan Thee Stallion.
“Shout out to DaBaby, Roddy Ricch, and Lil Baby/ What I’m about to say is gon’ sound a little crazy, but it’s true so don’t flame me/Y’all all would have got your awards if they didn’t frame me,” he rapped.
