Dr. Dre Agrees To Pay Ex-Wife Nicole Young $100M In Divorce Settlement

After going back and forth for months, Dr. Dre has agreed to pay his ex-wife Nicole Young $100 million as part of a divorce settlement that was reached between the two parties.

The terms of the deal will reportedly require Nicole to pay her own legal fees, which the publication points out could cost her millions.

According to Rolling Stone, the producer and rapper will pay Nicole $50 million now. He will then pay the remaining $50 million next year. Dre will keep seven properties, including the Malibu home that Nicole lives in. He will keep his Apple stocks, six vehicles, the rights to his master recordings, and trademarks that he owns.

Nicole will also walk away with four vehicles, a Rolls Royce, a Range Rover, an Escalade limousine, and a Spyder motorcycle, her jewelry and any money she has in her bank accounts.

According to sources that spoke with TMZ, Nicole would have received more if she accepted a settlement deal that was presented to her last year.

“She could have even been on the field for the Super Bowl halftime show as a friendly ex-wife,” the source said.

Earlier this month, Dre shared a photo with a string of balloons that read “divorced AF” after he reportedly made headway in finalizing his divorce from Nicole.
