Trey Songz Hit With $20M Lawsuit As Woman Claims An*l Rape By The Singer

Trey Songz is being sued for $20 million by a woman who says the singer an*lly r*ped her.

He allegedly invited her to a party at his Los Angeles home on 24 March 2016. he invited her upstairs but the Jane Doe, alleges that the R&B singer repeatedly asked to “get that ass” on their way upstairs.

She reportedly wanted to have consensual sex with the singer but she told him “no” several times to anal penetration.

She claims that in the bedroom, Songz forced her to have anal sex without her consent. She says she begged for him to stop. After the alleged rape, she called for an Uber, who took her to a hospital for treatment after seeing the condition she was in. The police were then called.

She says she was scared to name the singer at the time because she was “in shock and fearing for her life”.

The victim’s attorney Ariel Mitchell is also representing two other women who are suing Songz for alleged sexual assault in Miami and New York.

“Victims are coming forward every day. Just know you are not alone, and this behaviour is unacceptable. [Colleague] George Vrabeck and I will not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz,” she told TMZ.
