Tory Lanez Sued For Foreclosure, Owes Over $1 Million For Miami Condo

Tory Lanez Reportedly Sued For Foreclosure

Tory Lanez is currently in a heated legal battle with Megan Thee Stallion and again, the Canadian rapper is facing more legal problems.

According to Radar Online, a company named BH 4908 LLC is suing Tory, real name: Daystar Peterson, for foreclosure of his Miami condo.

According to court docs obtained by Radar, Tory purchased the 2,182 sq. ft. penthouse in 2018 for $1.8 million. It was said that he took out a $1.26 million loan with BH 4908. Per the mortgage, Tory agreed to make monthly payments of $11,057.40. From there he would do one large balloon payment in December 2021.

However, the lawsuit accuses him of failing to make the balloon note totaling $1,237,456.06. The suit says Tory now owes a total of $1,237,456.06 that is due on the loan plus interest, Radar Online reports.

BH 4908 LLC claims Tory still lives in the luxury condo and is the only owner on the title. Tory has not yet spoken out to deny or clarify these reports.

On top of that, the company wants him to pay any difference between the amount the home is sold for and the amount owed. They’re also demanding the court allow them to foreclosure on the home and sell it off to the highest bidder.
