Chris Rock Tells Dave Chappelle; “I Got Smacked By The Softest N*gga That Ever Rapped”

Earlier this week, Dave Chappelle got attacked by a man during his live show. The man was armed with a gun/ knife and charged at the comedian during his set at the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday.

Thankfully, Chappelle was not injured but the man got beaten up pretty badly by his security team.

Many celebrities and fellow comedians were in attendance for the show, including Beyonce, Jay Z, Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Jamie Foxx, and even Chris Rock, who also previously got attacked by Will Smith while hosting the Oscars.

Both comedians turned their wild situations into laughable moments during and after Chappelle’s show. As we previously reported, following the attack, Rock got on stage and joked, “was that Will Smith?”

The two continued to joke about their attacks while performing at a “secret” comedy show Thursday night in Los Angeles. The news site reports that the star-studded show took place inside a small venue inside the Comedy Store club and featured a star-studded audience consisting of Kim Kardashian, rappers Sean “Diddy” Combs (50 Cent) and Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), and more.

While onstage together, Chapelle joked to Rock, “At least you got smacked by someone of repute!” Chappelle said in front of the 70-seat crowd.

“I got smacked by a homeless guy with leaves in his hair.” Chris Rock chuckled then joked, “I got smacked by the softest [N-word] that ever rapped,” THR quotes.
