Prosecutor Accuses Gunna Of Being One Of The Leaders Of YSL & In Command Position To Call Hits
We reported earlier that Gunna has been denied bond again and his trial date is set for January 9th, 2023. Well, prosecutor are trying all they can to deny him bond and it’s not looking good for the rapper.
Prosecutor Don Geary argued against bond, accusing Gunna of being one of the leaders of YSL.
He claims that Gunna is in a “command” position and has the ability to order hits and could intimidate witnesses. Gunna’s defense calls those claims false.

Friends and family of Young Thug & Gunna came out to show support for the rappers in the courtroom. A family member started sobbing after the judge denied bond for Gunna.
Gunna, whose legal name is Sergio Kitchens, is one of the 28 alleged gang members named in the Fulton County district attorney’s indictment.
The ‘Pushing P’ rapper reportedly made his rounds before turning himself into the authorities in his RICO case. Gunna made sure to see his relatives and get his business orders straight before he was booked.
According to TMZ, sources connected directly to Gunna told the outlet it was a big deal for him to see his family before going to jail, especially his mother.
