Jail Officials Responds To Young Thug’s Lawyer: “This Is A Jail Not The Ritz Carlton”
Jail Officials Clap Back At Young Thug’s Lawyer Claim That He Is Living In Inhumane Condition
Cobb County Jail officials weren’t here for Young Thug’s lawyer claiming he is living in “inhumane” conditions. So much so, they invited a news crew inside just so we could see the cell that the rapper is currently living in!
Cobb County Jail invited WSB-TV inside their facility to debunk the claims that their jail is unlivable.
Last week, Thug’s lawyer filed an emergency motion to the courts to get the rapper bail because of the “inhumane” conditions he was experiencing there. He claimed that he lived in a windowless cell with a light that stays on 24/7.

He also said that the food is inedible, and Thug doesn’t have contact with other inmates. Cobb County said this is all a lie and their jail is just like any other jail on the state.
“The purpose of today is to let the community know that we’re not doing anything that we don’t want them to see,” Col. Temetris Atkins said. “We run an above-board jail and we want anybody and everybody to know that.”
They claim that Thug is being held in solitary confinement for his own good, due to his celebrity status.
“This is a jail, it is a detention center,” the official said. “It’s not the Ritz Carlton, so you have to recognize that.”
