Migos Fuel Breakup Rumors After Canceling Governors Ball Performance
Migos Cancel Governors Ball Performance Amid Split Up Rumors
On Tuesday (June 7), the rumors of Atlanta rap trio Migos breaking up skyrocketed after the group cancelled their upcoming Governors Ball performance out of nowhere.
For nearly a month, breakup rumors have been swirling and with the group pulling out, it didn’t help ease inquiring minds.
As a refresher, last month breakup rumors trended online after Offset unfollowed his group members Quavo and Takeoff.

It didn’t take before rumors started swirling around that Cardi B caused the split. Some people on Twitter have since been pointing fingers at Cardi for breaking the rap group.
Now the unfollowings happened just as the two members, who are also related as uncle and nephew, announced that they would be debuting their joint single and video for “Hotel Lobby,” under their Unc & Phew monikers.
Just a few weeks later, we now learned that Migos cancelled their Governors Ball Music Festival performance, with Lil Wayne set to replace them.
Silencing Migos breakup rumors, a label rep claims Quavo is currently tied up filming a movie and his busy schedule is blame for the cancelled performance — he simply couldn’t work around the scheduling conflict.
