Washington DC Mayor has now openly admitted that she’s a lesbian and not hiding the fact. There have been rumors swirling around for a while now that Mayor Muriel Bowser is a lesbian.

Well, Mayor Muriel Bowser was recently asked at a press conference to address rumor that she’s a closeted lesbian.

“Well, I’m not in the closet,” Muriel replied the man who asked about her sexuality ultimately throwing him off balance with her straight forward response.

Last month, Mayor Muriel Bowser was spotted out at a local DMV nightclub, just hours after winning her primary victory in the nation’s capital.

Mayor Muriel Bowser won the Democratic primary – overcoming a progressive rival and virtually guaranteeing that she will win a third consecutive term to lead a city confronting inequality, crime and public safety concerns.

After the win, she went to the club – to turn up to Jay Z. A voter recorded a video of the mayor turning up at the club and it immediately went viral on social media.

In Washington, homicides have risen for four years straight, and the 2021 murder count of 227 was the highest mark since 2003. In January, a candidate for the D.C. Council, Nate Fleming, was carjacked at gunpoint. Five cities, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Milwaukee, and Atlanta have all seen homicide numbers outpace their mark from 2021 halfway through this year.
