Kanye West is back on Instagram with his antics, following gunning after his family, the Kardashian clan and some business partners, the rapper and business mogul decided to give some artists their flowers.

Ye named Wizkid hit song ‘Essence’ featuring Tems the best song in the history of music to date.

Essence is perhaps the most successful song off Wizkid’s album “Made in Lagos” and because of how the tune went viral, different celebrities were seen jamming to the groove.

Popular Canadian singer and song writer Justin Bieber referred to it as song of the summer after jumping in on the remix.

So far the song has already been certified gold in the US, silver in UK and gold in New Zealand and all this in less than a year. The song is one of the biggest tunes to ever come out Nigeria and it is flying all over the world.

“Essence” was produced by P2J and Legendury Beatz. The “sensual” song sees the duo express their desire for each other. A music video was released on 9 April 2021, shot in Accra, Ghana.

“Essence” is the first Nigerian song in history to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard Global 200. The song received a nomination at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards for Best Global Music Performance.
