Lakeith Stanfield & Donald Glover Called Out For ‘Gay Kiss’ On Atlanta FX

Lakeith Stanfield and Donald Glover are currently trending on social media after the two shared a kiss on the latest episode of Atlanta FX.

In the controversial scene, Lakeith Stanfield and Glover kissed in exchange for sneakers and it has since got fans talking.

“Not gay for pay,” someone commented. “All week I’ve been thinking to myself, “Did i really see Donald Glover and Lakeith Stanfield kiss?” another person quipped.

“Nxggas really made a big fuss about Donald glover and lakeith Stanfield kissing in the latest Atlanta episode… that was a grandma kiss bruh… There’s no gay agenda to feminize the black man. You cannot turn gay. You either born that way or you aren’t. Shut that soft s*** up,” added someone else.

Lakeith Stanfield is an actor and musician. He made his feature film debut in Short Term 12 (2013), for which he was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award. He received further recognition for his roles in the films Selma (2014), Straight Outta Compton (2015), Crown Heights (2017), Sorry to Bother You (2018), and Judas and the Black Messiah (2021).

Donald Glover also known by his stage name Childish Gambino, is an actor, rapper, singer, writer, comedian, director, and producer. After working in Derrick Comedy while studying at New York University, Glover was hired at age 23 by Tina Fey as a writer for the NBC sitcom 30 Rock.

He later rose to fame for portraying college student Troy Barnes on the NBC sitcom Community from 2009 to 2014. Since 2016, Glover has starred in the FX series Atlanta, which he created and occasionally directs. For his work on Atlanta, Glover won various accolades, including two Primetime Emmy Awards[2] and two Golden Globe Awards.
